Auto Payment Terms & Conditions:
Kindly review the Terms and Conditions associated with the Auto Pay (AP) option: By enrolling in, using, or making payments for Meal4You through AP, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you find these Terms and Conditions unsatisfactory, please promptly inform Meal4You at 437 992 3322
AP Enrollment
- I understand that to enroll with Meal4You, I can find the details on the Meal4You website, or through a spoken agreement with an electronic signature if needed.
- If I signed up for Auto Payment (AP) online or over the phone with an electronic signature, I give Meal4You permission to consider my electronic signature as proof that I agree to start electronic payments from my chosen bank, debit card, or credit card account. This permission only covers the initiation of regular electronic payments from my bank, credit card, or debit card. My approval through an electronic signature is as valid as a handwritten signature on a paper contract.
- I understand that AP enrollment applies to the bank, debit card, or credit card account that I designate.
- I agree to pay for my subscription to meal4you until the AP enrollment is established.
- On every billing date each month, I authorize meal4you to automatically charge my credit card/debit card or debit my bank account, as applicable, for the amount due for my subscription renewal or send me an invoice with payment link or send email transfer instructions on my registered email address. The AP charge or debit will be made on the date when my total available meal credits are 3 or below Or if my subscription is expiring by date meal4you will provide a day prior notification in advance of the AP payment event.

Paper Free Billing
- I understand that by enrolling in the AP option I also agree to Paper Free Billing.
- I understand that I must contact meal4you to get and print my bill.
- I agree to have meal4you to notify me by e-mail and or SMS text each month for my payments
- I agree to promptly update my e-mail address and phone number at meal4you.ca if it changes.
Update Bank/Card Information
- I understand that if there is a change to my bank or card account information, including expiration date, I must contact meal4you or call +1 437 992 3322 to update the AP enrollment information.
- I understand that meal4you may receive updated card information from the financial institution issuing the card.
Billing Errors
- I understand and agree that meal4you is not liable for erroneous bill statements or incorrect debits/charges.
- In the event of a billing error, Meal4You assumes responsibility for rectifying the error upon notification from me.
Returned Payments
- I understand that if my payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed, or reversed by my financial institution or card issuer for any reason, the meal4you has the right to charge a returned item fee and to cancel my account from the AP option.
- I understand my participation in AP is subject to meal4you approval.
- meal4you and participating financial institutions reserve the right to terminate my participation in this payment option at any time, as authorized by applicable law.
Fees
- I understand that meal4you does not impose a fee for participating in the AP option.
- I understand that I should verify with my financial institution to determine if additional charges apply.
Changes and Updates
- Meal4You reserves the right to occasionally update these Terms and Conditions. Notification of such updates will be made by posting revisions on the designated page of the Meal4You website or through other communication methods. Substantial revisions to the Terms and Conditions will become effective shortly after being posted on the Meal4You website at meal4you.ca.

If you do not agree to meal4you revision(s), you must terminate your AP enrollment immediately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use AutoPay after revisions are in effect, you accept and agree to all revisions.
